Have you wondered why cast garden furniture starts to fade along with the surface lifting? and in the first place after a year or two from the purchase?  In most cases, the answer is very simple:  such items are manufactured in China or India with little regard or no regard for the quality of coating or casting materials used, so after a few years the powder coat finish will start to degrade. However, when powder coating is carried out to industry standards you should expect a life of 20 years plus.

The majority of our work will be backed up with our five-year guarantee against paint lift, and corrosion. During this period of guarantee, should any signs appear of breakdown, we will offer to rework the items free of charge. Does not cover accidental damage or mistreatment.

The work…
Every visible part will be blast cleaned and checked for any signs of cracks or damage and reported back to you for further instructions and permission to make repairs. Once cleaned & checked for any damage we then apply our formulated powder primer coat and oven cure, then apply a colour coat and re-cure. a further clear or clear metallic lacquer coat can be applied if preferred.

On occasion, if the items are in very poor condition we may not be in the position to offer any guarantees.
