Rescued Victorian Cast Iron Bench

Some pieces are simply too beautiful to replace. This stunning Victorian cast iron bench and matching side table have been carefully restored, giving them a new lease of life and ensuring they can be enjoyed for many years to come.

The cast iron frames were professionally shot blasted to remove years of old paint, rust and weathering, creating the perfect surface for a durable powder-coated finish. Once prepared, they were coated to provide long-lasting protection against the elements while restoring their classic appearance.

To complete the restoration, all of the hardwood slats were replaced in-house by our skilled team, carefully crafting and fitting new timber to complement the original design. The result is a beautiful combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern finishing techniques, preserving the character of this Victorian furniture while significantly extending its lifespan.

Whether it’s a cherished family heirloom, antique garden furniture or a well-loved outdoor feature, our restoration services are designed to bring tired and weathered pieces back to their former glory.

At Maldon Shotblasting & Powder Coating, we take pride in helping preserve quality craftsmanship, ensuring beautiful pieces like this Victorian bench and side table can continue to be enjoyed for another century.
