Custom Finishes: Unique Colours & Wood-Effect Powder Coating

When restoring metal garden furniture, you don’t have to settle for basic black, white, or green. Garden Metal Rescue (by Maldon Shotblasting and Powder Coating Ltd) offers an extensive range of custom colours and truly unique wood-grain finishes that can completely transform the aesthetic of your outdoor space. Whether you want to match a specific patio design or give a metal frame a warm, natural timber look, their advanced powder coating capabilities make it possible.

Why Choose Custom Powder Coating & Wood Finishes?

Standard wet paints chip easily and offer limited finish options. The specialized techniques used by the team at their Maldon, Essex workshop provide distinct aesthetic and practical benefits:

Innovative Wood-Grain Finishes: Using a specialized sublimation process, they can apply a realistic wood finish onto a durable metal framework. You get the stunning, warm appearance of natural timber with none of the rotting, warping, or tedious annual sanding and oiling.
Extensive RAL Color Matching: Choose from hundreds of premium colors, available in various gloss levels—from sleek matt and understated satin to high-gloss and striking textured finishes.
Unrivaled Weather Protection: Backed by their industry-leading preparation process, these unique finishes are highly UV-stable to prevent fading in the summer sun, and most restorations include a 5-year anti-corrosion guarantee.
